Use your packing list Excel or PDF to create a clean unloading sheet for print or PDF save.

Excel / PDF packing list

Go to the Container Unloading section in the app.

Click Choose File and upload the packing list Excel or PDF.
- 3
The unloading sheet will be generated automatically and aligned for printing.

Click Print Unloading Sheet, then print or save the document as PDF.
Tip: keep the file columns close to the normal packing list format: mark number, CTNS, description, QTY / CTN and total QTY.

Open old work or continue latest container
- Use History first. Open the container card you want.
- Check the completion chips: Unload, Price, SKU, Stock and Images.
- Use Save Current Work after every important edit.

Create the unloading sheet
- Open Unloading and upload packing list Excel or PDF.
- The app removes unnecessary columns and prepares Borella / Maharagama marking space.
- Click Print Unloading Sheet to save or print.

- Upload CusDec, Working Sheet, Supplier Invoice and Packing List.
- Check HS code, quantity, nett, USD, duty and final price.
- Manual edits in Price Idea are carried to the next step.

- Click Build SKU Report from completed Price Idea data.
- Generate SKU Codes Excel and create ERP barcodes.
- Import ERP SKU Excel to auto-fill barcode and unit price by item no.

Calculate sold, balance, reorder and slow moving
- Build Stock View after SKU & Branch is complete.
- Upload the sales file. Sales apply FIFO across saved containers.
- Save Stock View so Mobile Stock and reports use the final data.

- Open Mobile Stock and select a complete container or all containers.
- Upload optimized item image folder or ZIP and wait for cloud upload.
